Standard Clauses
Title to the artwork remains with the Consignor until full payment is received by the Gallery and remitted to the Artist.
The Gallery shall maintain the works in a secure, climate-controlled environment and carry comprehensive fine art insurance covering full retail value.
The Gallery may exhibit, photograph, and reproduce images of the works for promotional purposes with appropriate attribution.
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, unsold works shall be returned at Gallery's expense.
The Gallery shall provide the Consignor with a detailed accounting of all sales within fifteen (15) days of each calendar quarter.
The Consignor warrants clear title and authenticity of all consigned works and shall provide Certificates of Authenticity.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
