No — value opinions come from qualified appraisers. The platform structures and documents the appraiser’s analysis to USPAP conventions: the three value types, comparables, methodology, and credential blocks. The appraiser signs; the opinion is theirs.
What is the triple-value analysis?
Fair market value (between willing buyer and seller), replacement value (cost to replace for insurance), and marketable cash value (net under compelled sale). Presenting all three with methodology is what insurers and estates expect.
Can I use this for IRS charitable donation appraisals?
The structure supports the elements IRS-qualified appraisals require — but "qualified" refers to the appraiser and their analysis meeting IRS standards, not the software. Have your appraiser confirm their report content meets current IRS requirements.
