Document Type
Live Shipping & Labels
The label and the customs sheet should never disagree — yet they are usually typed twice, by hand, from different screens. Gilded Artworks generates live carrier rates and shipping labels from the same artwork record that produced the customs documentation: dimensions, weight, declared value, and HS code flow through once. Book the shipment, print the label, and the paperwork already matches.
Best for: Galleries shipping sold works who are tired of re-keying the same data into carrier portals.

Questions, answered
Which carriers are supported?
Rates and labels are generated for the major international fine-art carriers — UPS, FedEx, and DHL — from the shipment details already in your artwork record.
How does this connect to customs documentation?
They share one record. The declared value, HS code, dimensions, and origin on your customs sheets are the same values on the label — eliminating the transcription mismatches that hold shipments at borders.
Where does tracking appear?
The tracking number attaches to the artwork’s shipment record, so status is visible from the same dashboard as the documents — and shareable with the buyer.
